Hearthstone at Woodfield is a 55+ planned community located in Pemberton Borough, NJ. It consists of 142 single family home-sites and common elements subject to the New Jersey Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act. Homeowners are automatically members of the Homeowners Association. The association is governed by a board of directors comprised of five resident homeowners elected to one-year terms at the annual meeting of homeowners. The board is responsible for managing the business, operation and affairs of the association in compliance with and subject to the Act, the Declaration of the Association, the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations. Homeowners pay a monthly assessment for services and maintenance of common facilities. The common facilities include a clubhouse which provides an inviting place to gather along with a well-equipped exercise room.
